Which Features Come Standard?

Not every feature you see on a given model is going to be standard-issue. Some features are only available with an upgraded package that will cost you a little more money. Determine what features a base model comes with so you can select the required package to get the additional features you want. 

This way, you don’t pass up an RV because it doesn’t have a given feature as a standard when you could have added it on, and you don’t end up disappointed that the RV you purchase doesn’t come with what you saw on the sales floor.

What Type of Warranty Coverage Will I Get?

Nearly every new RV you see will come with a warranty of some form. However, warranties can vary widely from manufacturer to manufacturer and it’s important to know what kind of coverage you’re definitely going to get. Some warranties may only cover structural faults in the floor or walls, while other warranties may be specific to the appliances installed in the RV. Ask about the terms of the warranty for the model you want and figure out exactly what parts of your RV are and are not covered by it.
